CALI (Computer Assisted Legal Instruction) has announced that it will ban all CALI.org accounts that are affiliated with a Hotmail email address. CALI’s decision to ban Hotmail accounts stems from an increase of spam and other malicious internet problems. CALI has requested that those who have Hotmail email accounts to change their email addresses by contacting the webmaster at CALI.org and providing an alternative email address. Please note that CALI warns that this process will be done manually, and so there is a possiblity that the account transfer will take some time. As an alternative, CALI suggests creating a new CALI account using a non-Hotmail email address. There is, however, a caveat. In order to create a new account, users will need a NCCU Law School activation code. Also, all saved information from the previous account will not be transferred.
