Strowd Richard
Richard Strowd ’81 was one of two recipients of the distinguished Knox Excellence Award. Strowd, senior director and Statistical and Environmental Sciences business partner, Office of Proposal, Project and Procurement Services (P3), was honored for his outstanding contributions to activities in support of the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) programs.
